Oral Argument MN Court of Appeals

In re: Center for Biological Diversity, et al Petitioners vs Minnesota Dept of Natural Resources, et al., Respondents.

Join us on April 3rd, 2013, when our case will be heard by the Minnesota Court of Appeals. Oral arguments are scheduled to begin at 10 am, but we recommend arriving by 9:30 am as the case may be heard early if there are last minute schedule changes. The proceedings will last approximately 45 minutes. 

Your presence will help show the judges it was unacceptable the DNR denied you the opportunity to make a public comment before the recreational wolf hunting and trapping season was approved. Be a witness for the wolf. Wear your t-shirts and buttons, but leave your signs at home.

The hearing will take place at the Minnesota Judicial Center, 25 Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., St. Paul, MN 55155 Courtroom 100 (click for map). Confirm your attendance by emailing us at respond@howlingforwolves.org or just show up.
