CAUCUS FOR THE WOLF ON FEBRUARY 1 IN MINNESOTA
On Tuesday, February 1, Minnesota's political parties will hold precinct caucuses, which is the kick-off of the grassroots season to endorse candidates for local and state office, as well as update each party's platform on issues they support.
By introducing a resolution, you can outline what can be done to protect the wolf. We have created a resolution with a brief list of wolf needs, including repealing the wolf hunting and trapping law. The resolution can be found here:
For the Minnesota Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party resolution, click here (to be printed and used in-person or submitted online)
For the Minnesota Republican Party resolution, click here. (to be printed and used in-person)
For more information about where and how to participate in your local caucus, please see the Minnesota Secretary of State's website here.
As you gather this Tuesday and beyond, you can speak for the wolf with politicians and candidates. Please ask if they will stand up for the wolf.
Thank you for being the wolf's voice!
