MN DFL (Democratic) Party adds wolf protection language to its party platform

GOOD NEWS: Wolf protection language has been added to the MN DFL (Democratic) Party Platform at their recent state convention at the end of May. Thank you to the many who submitted resolutions in support!

The new party platform reads:

"Protect Wolves:  Opposes wolf hunting/trapping including the use of snares, support grant programs to fund farmers' use of nonlethal prevention methods, fair streamlined reimbursement for livestock losses, and increase public education efforts as to how wolves live."
