RECAP: MN House of Representative's Committee Hearing to Stop Wolf Hunting

On March 27, over 60 supporters gathered at the informational hearing of House Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee to support House File 1327, which stops wolf hunting in Minnesota. Howling For Wolves President and Founder Dr. Maurreen Hackett testified, along with HFW Board Member Joe Wolf, author Barry Babcock, and Sandy Lake Band of Ojibwa Tribal Chairwoman Sandra Skinaway. Thank you to Representative Peter Fischer for authoring the bill and his strong advocacy.
