Senate Amendment To Remove Gray Wolves from Endangered Species List

Senate amendment to Sportsman Act language that removes Gray Wolves from the Endangered Species List raises questions whether the provisions ordering Executive branch and preventing court review are even constitutional. Effectively it looks like the Senate is attempting to order directly Department of Interior, which belongs to Executive Branch of government and simultaneously tries to tell Judicial Branch that it is not allowed to question legality of what Senate is ordering, regardless whether it is legal or not.
